I have an iPhone 4S that I just bought and it is running on 6.0.1

I obviously don't have any blobs but I have a .shsh file and I want to downgrade it to 5.1.1

Is there ANY way to do this? I've researched and can do anything else on this freaking thing now except downgrade it.

Its something to do with the A5 chip that it cant be downgraded right now maybe in the future but the devs havent made anything for it sorry

So you've never been able to downgrade the 4s? I've read forums saying you can do it, you just have to have previous personal blobs.

Yes you can like 5.1.1 to 5.0 but once a 4s goes to 6.0 or higher then it can't downgrade to 5.0 anymore.

If that is the limit than is it not in the firmware? Which can be over written right?
Seems like there must we a way. Not trying to discredit you, this is just irritating.

There probably is a way but the dev team has not figured out how yet.

They did make this scroll to the bottom and read about the 4s

Yea I've read all into that. Seems like ill just have to wait for 6.1 and the pending jb for that then. I have another thread up if you have the time, I'd appreciate it and thank you for this information.
