I have an iPhone 5 on 6.1.2 that I jailbroke with evasion while the window was open, however I don't believe I backed up the SHSH blobs before doing so. (Yes, I know.... rookie mistake)

Now that it's jailbroken, is it still possible for iFaith to save the valid SHSH blobs? There by, I could restore the device at 6.1.2 with the stitched blobs?

I would assume that the jailbreak doesn't modify the SHSH blobs in any form, therefore iFaith should work and I should be able to stitch the blobs into a virgin 6.1.2 IPSW, restore and use evasion once more to jailbreak. But instead of just assuming, I would like to poll the resident experts.

I'd like to restore the device from fresh, that's all. Tinkered with it a bit too much and it could stand a spring cleaning.

    Thanks in advance.

iFaith can save blobs from a jailbroken device... only if the device in question is vulnerable to the limera1n exploit. Therefore, the iPhone 5 is out.

Thanks for the response and info. It's not what I wanted to hear, but I will have to deal with it!

    Once again, thanks.

Thanks for the info guys. How much will ilexrat mess up / clean when it's ran?

I accidentally deleted /system/library/carrier bundles when I was trying to delete /var/mobile/library/carrier bundles to replace with the hacked 14.6 ipcc. BIG WHOOPS. Now I only get 3g and I can't get that folder back!

Does anyone have this folder they could zip up for me? Or will ilexrat take care of that?

    I'm on 6.0.2 iphone 5 at&t factory unlocked.
