Hi

my iphone has big wifi problems:

When i turn my phone on, i can see my wifi network. I click on it to connect and now 2 possible things happen:
sometimes it asks me the password, i enter it but the phone tells me that i can't connect to the network (I'm 100% sure the password is correct!!!)

Or it connects to the networks, rescans the available networks and disconnects from the wifi. I saw once, when checking quickly the IP that every setting was correct, but after 5 sec., the IP, submask and router disappears and i get disconnected.

Is this a known issue? Can someone help me?

what fw do you have on the phone? is it jailbroken?

With 2.0.2 jailbroke thru WinPwn....the /var/Keychains folder needs permission reset to 777...that the folder that holds the passwords.

Other than that...i dont know why...perhaps you can download BossPrefs and adjust from there.

Hi i've found a solution, don't know if it was by luck or what!?!?

My iphone was on 1.1.4

I've directly put it via pwn on 2.1 -> wifi problem

Then i've pwn it to 2.0.1 with an older pwntooled software -> wifi reworked

Then pwn to 2.1 and now it runs :-)
