    I used to use flooba or yamipod but they don't work with my shiny new iphone. Anyone have any suggestions for an alternative to itunes that is compatible with the iphone/ipod touch?

    If you are on a PC, iPhone PC Suite works incredibly well!

    Yes it does.

    CopyTrans Manager is totally free.

    By the way, that's a screenshot of CopyTrans not CT Manager.

    CT Manager sounded good until i read that it still requires itunes to be installed. Isn't there a program that is completely independent of both itunes and quicktime?

    Peter,

    CTManager requires iPhone/iPod Touch drivers for such devices.

    For those who donít want to install iTunes, there is a hack:

    * Download the iTunes.exe file
    * Rename the .exe to .zip
    * Open up the zipped file and extract AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi
    * Install this file.

    You can then sync your iPhone without using iTunes.
