You can either connect via SSH or USB disk utility. The voice memos are located in: / User / Media / Recordings. The memos are .m4a files.
Until the next time… And if I help you out, give me a "Thanks!" Thanks!

If you have a voice memo on the iPhone, iTunes syncs it to a playlist called "Voice Memos." To ensure voice memo syncing is on, go to you iPhone settings in iTunes, select Music and check "include vice memos."
Until the next time… And if I help you out, give me a "Thanks!" Thanks!

I am also trying to transfer voice memos without syncing to itunes. Can you recommend an app that works like an USB? My phone is jail broken...

Turn off "Open iTunes when this iPhone is connected" in iTunes or go to your preferences and enable "Prevent ipods iphones and ipads from syncing automatically.

    Not sure what you mean.
