    Hey I was able to update, but now it shows up on the device manager, however, it's not on iTunes, it won't even charge... not even when I plug it to the wall.

    Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions for a solution?

    I can't turn it off either, nothing happens when I hold the power button

    connecting to a bose dock also failed...

    edit: waited for it to die, then plugged it in, boila!

    Same thing happens to everyone else. Just do a hard reset. It'll start working after that. Holding the power button for x seconds won't do anything but put it to sleep.
