    So I wanted to change the theme of my Iphone but I dont want to use OpenSSH. Is OpenSSh same as the others where you have to change the root password. Cause im cautious about security and I want to use a program with the least messing around.

    No, all 3 you mention are programs that connect to iphone from pc/mac.

    OpenSSH, is a program run on the iphone to allow these clients mentioned above to connect to iphone and change stuff.

    For security, bets just to load openssh, then use bossprefs from cydia to enable.disable ssh when not needed and change password as well.

    Though if i get iphone browser or diskaid do I need to change passwords for them since they dont use wifi?
