I have a 3GS running 3.13 on T-Mobile. It has a few problems with it that can't be fixed simply by restoring it. The first problem is that I have to restore it if it happens to get turned off. I don't know what causes this or how to fix it, but it is very annoying and I have to be extra careful (no, it's not a tethered jailbreak and simply running blackra1n won't help). The second problem is that Cydia extensions don't work such as AndroidLock, YourTube, Push Fix, etc. I've tried different firmwares and jailbreaks but none of them fix it. I have a 2-year warranty on my 3GS so I should be able to bring it back to Apple for a new or refurbished one because it is a software error. I have a few options:

    1. Deal with the problem
    2. Someone on the site can help me fix it and I'll keep my 3GS
    3. Bring it back to Apple and get a new one, put the OS4.0 Beta 4 on it and sell it for a lot on eBay before the new iPhone comes out. Buy a HTC HD2 for use in the mean time, then unlock that and sell it on eBay for more after I get my new iPhone.
