Ha. Did it really only have a 300 MB capacity? What did you do to it?

plugged it into a bad usb port on accident, had to reinstall iPhone firmware. Showed up as 300 mb so i did the restore again.

looks more like you forgot to add back in the correct services.plist resulting in a 300mb phone. common problem

No, that is not what happened, it was the usb port that reset the iphone resulting in the restore mode only.

I have this same issue. I do not think it is from a bad USB port since all mine work fine. I suppose it is the services.plist issue then? Can I just replace the .plist with the correct one or do I have to do a restore? I have already done one.

What exactly do you mean by flash it, perform the system restore? I think I have to be using a bad copy of services.plist right? Surely it cannot be that every time I want to add/delete tunes from my iphone after modding it I have to perform a system restore. I thought I had followed directions but obviously not. Can some one spell out which step I am overlooking and/or an easy way to fix the 300mb capacity problem.

never mind ifuntastic fixed it automatically.
