i just updated to from 4.3.2-4.3.3. i had a lot of stuff downloaded from cydia, occupying about 1.4 GB's of space on my iPod. After i updated, obviously all my stuff were gone, but the files that were taking up my ipod were still there. I want to reinstall them, but i dont know how to. the files are everywhere and i dont even know when to start. Does downloading them again from cydia, make it take twice the space occupied?

rule of thumb: don't update over jailbreaks, always restore. probably not very useful to you now, but keep that in mind in the future.

erm your best bet is to reinstall over everything in cydia, if the files are there but not doing anything...

Back up in iTunes, restore firmware and restore backup, then reinstall everything.
