The hash '#' symbol in column indicates the line is a comment and not used.
If it appears on both lines ... you are ok.

However, if both lines have the hash symbol then the restore/baseband should work.
It does not make sense you're getting Error 1013.

Yes both lines have a # in front of them. I saw something about downloading blacking rain and using that to kick your phone out of recovery mode. And I think irecover was another. Do you know anything about them?

Unless something else has occurred, it's very odd a normal 4.2.1 restoring to 4.3.5 has such problems.

Tiny Umbrella has an advanced option "UPDATE IPHONE 4 BASEBAND". I've never used it, but checking it might fix your problem.

Did some testing, that IP4 option modifies the hosts file also. Check the box, exit Tiny Umbrella and try again.

Holy smokes I think I got it!!! Ok Someone on youtube said to delete tiny umbrella after changing your stuff in terminal. I deleted it and it seems to be working.

Thank you so much for trying to help me out.

I don't understand either. All I know is that I tried restoring about 50 times and couldn't get it to work and the first try after deleting it it worked
