Restoring with iLex Rat has about a 50% success rate, if you use it a full DFU restore may be required.
You say hacked, can't you just change all you passwords?

Would be also nice to hear, how it was hacked. What makes you think that?

Not sure how it was hacked but I'm getting calls from an unknown person and leaving messages for my brother-in laws mom. It doesn't sound like much but he's asking to buy her house and she doesn't have one anymore. I was told not to call that number. I want to do a full restore to get anything out of my phone that's there but I don't know when a JB will be released.

I seriously doubt it has been hacked.

I'm with blkcadi. Wouldn't go killing a JB without trying other solutions first. Doesn't sound like a hack to me either.

The weird thing is the name he left doesn't belong to the name to the number. Another thing is his mom never owned a home where he says its for sale. Something isn't sitting right with me on this. I've only had this number for a few months and this guy is calling my bro n laws mom and not her or her son. This doesn't sound weird to yall?

just block the number fist, all of you...no need to go for restore yet. And think, even if you restore, you will still have the same number, right?

BTW, something else came to my mind....it's 1th of April today, right

You can also add you phone number to the "National Do Not Call" list here to stop spam bot calling. https://www.donotcall.gov/
    And even submit a complaint.

Today isn't the 1st time the guy called me though. I don't think this is an Aprils fool joke.

Just block his number, if you need more options to block a number or unknown number, buy iBlacklist from Cydia and that will solve your problem.
Nobody hacked your iPhone, that have nothing to do with your phone number, anybody can find your phone number somewhere and call you. You can install YouMail too and assign one specific message to that person's phone number to make him believe his phone is been tracked by your phone carrier or even the goverment everytime he call to scare him and he will never call again. Just google youmail and read about how it works.
