This may be a stupid question but any theme I choose thru Winterboard has the SMS icon (Text.png) inside the Icons folder. When I respring all icons change except for the SMS icon which remains using the stock icon. I've renamed the icon to MobileSMS.png and respring but same results.

I was able to get this fixed by creating a com.apple.MobileSMS folder, place it in the Bundles folder and rename the icon to icon.png

Although i got this working I still think there's something weird here or maybe something i'm doing wrong (even though almost every theme i've downloaded lately has the SMS icon named as Text.png

Just sharing this with my themers out there...

You need to name it the name under the icon. So, if your in 3.0, it is now "Messages".

This is what I've found out so far. In the main theme folder, locate the "Folders" folder. Inside that create a folder called "ChatKit.framework". Place the Balloon_1.png and Balloon_2.png inside the folder and respring to get the results.

Ugh, people still using the Folders shortcut.

Saurik intended on people theming using the Bundles method.

    So, it would be /YourTheme/Bundles/com.apple.chatkit/

    Place your bubbles in there.

Since the Messaging app now includes MMS, Apple apparently changed the structure
iPhone 4- I'll start theming again
