    I can't get the location to change. I went to the settings folder and changed the zip code to mine. But it still say Tacoma.??!
    If you're using "wedadotcom" as the source, you need to use a weather.com location (not a zip code). Go to weather.com, choose your city - the location code will be in the url...

    Code:
        <!-- weatherLocation: use weather.com location for wedadotcom (e.g. USWA0441), zip code for accuweda (e.g. 98403) -->
        <weatherLocation>USWA0441</weatherLocation>
    how that change temperature F in C please help
    +1
    Simply changing the value to "celsius" doesn't seem to do the trick
    <!-- units: 'imperial' (fahrenheit) or 'metric' (celsius)
    -->
    <units>metric</units>
    Did you this thought, but when I do nothing changes

    Uh oh - a bug! Thanks for all of the feedback on "metric" not working. It's now fixed and available in the download link. One file was changed, you can copy just that file if you wish:

    wedaPanel.theme\weda\core\script\weda.js

    Yea, that's me - must... have... weather...

    Although I haven't tried it, you should be able to load up as many lockscreen widgets as you want. Just make sure your clock widget is above wedaPanel in Winterboard - as wedaPanel's background covers the entire screen. Which one were you trying?

    now if you can add a calendar to that, it would be perfect
    Integration with Lockscreen Info would be the next logical step for an enterprising soul.

    Go to weather.com and search for your location. Then look in the address bar of your browser and you'll find the location you need to use. This is London:

    h ttp://w ww.weather.com/outlook/travel/businesstraveler/local/UKXX0085?lswe=London,...

    Got it installed and location changed! Love it! Can't change the radar but oh well. Thanks for the lockscreen!
    For now, you need to change the radar yourself (in settings.xml). See this post...

    There's two ways to do it. Here's the easiest way:
    1. Include your background file in the images folder.
    2. Modify the Lockscreen.html file to point to your image

      from:
      HTML Code:
      <body>
        <div id="sky">
          <img class="weda_cc_time_image" src="weda/theme/images/24hourBlissWalls1/noon.png" alt="" />
        </div>
        ...
      to:

      HTML Code:
      <body>
        <div id="sky">
          <img class="Xweda_cc_time_image" src="weda/theme/images/yourimage.png" alt="" />
        </div>
        ...
      of course, "yourimage.png" would be the name of your image file. and don't forget the "X" in front of "weda_cc_time_image"...

    how can I change the names like partly cloudy, etc.
    The weather condition names come directly from weather.com. I'll need to research to see if there's a way to get the data feed to return French...

    I tried it too - without luck. Apparently, Winterboard doesn't stack stuff on the lockscreen.

    Unless someone else has a better answer, you'll have to combine the two into one. Can you provide a link to your widget so I can look at it?

    From the first post:

    Instructions:
    • Download and unzip
    • Edit wedaPanel.theme\weda\settings.xml for your location
    • Copy to the themes folder on your iphone
    • Select wedaPanel in Winterboard
    • Enjoy!
    Inside the settings.xml file are comments describing what to change. To find your weather location code, go to weather.yahoo.com and enter your city/zip code. You should then see your location code in the address bar. Example:

    ht tp://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/USWA0055.html
    2009-11-02 11:01 PM
