If you want to use the centered sun/moon, I included the css files already set + the centered png files, you need to back-up the Animation.css and Sunray.png (or rename them) then rename the "Centered Sun Animation.css" to "Animation.css" and the "Centered Sunray.png" to "Sunray.png". Do this also in the partlysun folder, and same with the moon and partly moon.

Sounds confusing but it's not really, this is the only way I could do this apart from uploading the whole theme again with the centered sun/moon.

Basically, the animations use the "Animation.css" and "Sunray.png"/"moonray.png"

LOL... this has been done before, I can't remember where but I have seen this a long time ago somewhere!
I do need an animated tornado though Iv'e not tried to tackle this one yet but we need some flying cows & cars etc.. Feel free to try

Hey Ian great job with the new theme...love it. I was wondering if you could make a moonray png for the bliss weather theme. I tried to just cut out the picture of a moon and keep your new moon glow, but it came out pretty bad.

is anyone else having the slow moving clouds always? I can't get the clouds to go away even when I'm sunny or other conditions. I'm using it with a dusk extreme setup but can't find anyone else having the problems in that thread. Please help. Thanx in advance

    Hi all,

For the iPad version from Keon, (iPad L.A.W) please go here:
    http://modmyi.com/forums/ipad-new-sk...-ipad-l-w.html

This is the new UniAWv2 (version 2) for IOS up to 4.1, the reason I am posting it in a new thread is that I feel many people will miss it if I just update the old thread, the old thread is a little quiet (hopefully because none of you are having problems) but the weather has been downloaded well over 1000 times to date, so I feel many of you have it working well and so there is no need for checking the thread…. hense… so those people don’t miss out, I am posting this in a new thread. Hope the Moderators don't mind.

This version has the following updates:

    1. Added “Hail” weather conditions. ( Kinda speak for itself, small round white things falling from the sky)
    2. Added “sleet” weather conditions. (A combination of rain + hail)
    3. Added “Wind” weather conditions. (Autumn leaves blown across the screen)
    4. Added “Frost” (cold) weather conditions. (a frost will appear around the outside of your screen)
    5. Added “Rain_night” weather conditions. (Rain & night clouds)
    6. Changed the moon, now it glows instead of having flares like the sun.
    7. Now has separate showers for day & night, night showers has light rain, light clouds and a moon, showers for day has light rain, light clouds, a sun and a rainbow.
    8. Changed the sun, now it’s bigger and more yellow.
    9. Completely re-did the fog so is not so “wavy” now.
    10. Daytime “Cloudy” conditions have a hot air balloon in it.
    11. In the “moon” & “sun” folders there are two of each, you can have the moon/sun in the top left corner on in the center, user can adjust the height of the sun/moon in the relative “Animations.css” file, where it say’s “top”, decrease this figure to raise the sun/moon. Remember to do the same in the “partlymoon/partlysunny” css files also.
    12. A load of other tweaks that I can’t list all here (because I can’t remember them all)

Included in the zip file is the psd file for the sun & moon so you can make whatever adjustments you want.

To install: Unzip the file, put your location code in the "locationHere.js" file, then put the “UniAWv2.theme” in your phone’s themes folder and activate it in Winterboard.

Once you have the sun/moon centered, you can move it up or down in the "Animation.css" file, just increase the "top" value to lower it and de-crease the value to raise it.

For more screenshots + some info on the original version, please see the "Universal Animated Weather (continuos) thread here:
    http://modmyi.com/forums/iphone-4-ne...universal.html

Just a few screenshots here, I couldn't find a location with "Windy" or "Frosty/Cold" weather conditions!

PLEASE REMEMBER, this is only "animated weather" it is designed to work on top of your theme, in the below screenshots it is on top of the "TimelessHD" theme from Bluemetal running a couple of my mods for it.

You can use this UniAWv2.theme for any of your own work, be it themes or lockscreens, but please give credit to myself (Ian Nicoll), Alien1974, Keon, & Wyndwarrior in your original posts. Thanks guys Perhaps you could send us a copy of your own theme/lockscreen with this weather (only if it's a paid theme) If it's free please let us know where we can see it.

IF THIS IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY WITH YOUR THEME, IT MIGHT BE DUE TO A CLASH OF THE WALLPAPER.HTML FILES, JUST RENAME THE WALLPAPER.HTML FILE IN THIS THEME TO SOMETHING ELSE LIKE "WALLPAPERBACKUP.HTML" AND PLACE THIS THEME ABOVE YOUR THEME IN WINTERBOARD.

Once again, this is free to all, if you download it, please show your appreciation by pressing my "Thanks" button. Thanks.

I don't have 4.2 so I can't really try anything, does it still accept png files? If so try this.
Download & unzip the attached file, put the "Wallpaper.png" file in the UniAWv2 folder, put the "Wallpaper.html" file in the UniAWv2 folder replacing the old one (back up the old one first).
    Let me know what happens.

If any of you have this working on 4.2, please let me know what modifications are necessary, thanks.
