    If I posted my plist, could someone mod it so that where the stock MyWi icon is, that turned into a three icon submenu instead of just a static icon?
    send it to me, ill take a look

    Can someone help me with my plist? I have tried to increase the number of banners using the 9x9 info that was posted earlier, but I keep getting the black screen. Can I send it to someone and you can tell me what I'm doing wrong. I'm sure its something simple, but I'm just not getting it.
    lots of folks having that issue. usually a missing or extra <dict> or </dict> somewhere.

    Insert the 9x9 plist after the </dict>

    <string>/DreamBoard/AppleCORE MELTDOWN/Images/AppGrid2.png</string>
    <key>ViewType</key>
    <string>ImageView</string>
    <key>id</key>
    <string>AppsBG</string>
    </dict>

    ....And before this <dict>

    <dict>
    <key>Alpha</key>
    <real>1</real>
    <key>ClipToBounds</key>
    <true/>
    <key>ContentHeight</key>
    <integer>75</integer>
    <key>ContentWidth</key>
    <integer>936</integer>
    <key>FrameHeight</key>
    <integer>75</integer>
    <key>FrameWidth</key>
    <integer>312</integer>
    <key>FrameX</key>
    <integer>4</integer>
    <key>FrameY</key>
    <integer>398</integer>
    <key>HorizontalScrollBars</key>
    <false/>
    <key>Paging</key>
    <true/>
    <key>ScrollingEnabled</key>
    <true/>
    <key>Subviews</key>
    <array>
    <dict>
    <key>Actions</key>
    <array>
    <string>show EmailSubmenu</string>
    <string>hide DockArea</string>
    </array>

    That should do the trick...

    If not pm me I'll hook it up.

    Ok, in a recent post i showed you how to replace a submenu with a single app. Tutorial # 2 shows you how to do the opposite. ie put in a submenu instead of a single app. This time there's two parts you have to do. the first is exactly the opposite as the last one.

    lets assume you want to replace a single dock app like Dreamstore with a new submenu that you can fill with your apps.

    Find the section of code in the dock area that launches Dreamnstore. looks like this

    <dict>
    <key>Actions</key>
    <array>
    <string>launch com.wynd.DBStore</string>
    </array>
    <key>Alpha</key>
    <real>1</real>
    <key>FrameHeight</key>
    <integer>60</integer>
    <key>FrameWidth</key>
    <integer>73</integer>
    <key>FrameX</key>
    <integer>470</integer>
    <key>FrameY</key>
    <integer>8</integer>
    <key>Image</key>
    <string>/DreamBoard/AppleCORE HD V2/Images/Apps/DreamstoreButton.png</string>
    <key>ViewType</key>
    <string>Button</string>
    <key>id</key>
    <string>DreamstoreButton</string>
    </dict>

    Replace the code between the strings (in bold above) WITH THIS

    <string>show MYAPPSSubmenu</string>
    <string>hide DockArea</string>

    and change the png to whatever you want as the icon for that submenu.

    Now, once you have done that, you have got to do an extra step and actually make MYAPPSSubmenu.

    the easiest way to do that is copy one thats already there. ie copy something like the TweaksSubmenu code. it begins with this

    <dict>
    <key>Alpha</key>
    <real>0.0</real>
    <key>ClipToBounds</key>
    <true/>
    <key>ContentHeight</key>
    <integer>75</integer>
    <key>ContentWidth</key>
    <integer>624</integer>
    <key>FrameHeight</key>
    <integer>75</integer>
    <key>FrameWidth</key>
    <integer>312</integer>
    <key>FrameX</key>
    <integer>4</integer>
    <key>FrameY</key>
    <integer>398</integer>
    <key>HorizontalScrollBars</key>
    <false/>
    <key>Paging</key>
    <false/>
    <key>ScrollingEnabled</key>
    <true/>
    <key>Subviews</key>
    <array>
    <dict>
    <key>Actions</key>
    <array>
    <string>hide TweaksSubmenu</string>
    <string>show DockArea</string>

    and goes right down to

    </array>
    <key>UserInteraction</key>
    <true/>
    <key>VerticalScrollBars</key>
    <false/>
    <key>ViewType</key>
    <string>ScrollView</string>
    <key>id</key>
    <string>TweaksSubmenu</string>
    </dict>

    with all of your apps in between.

    Copy and paste that, then within that pasted section replace EVERY incidence of "TweaksSubmenu" with "MYAPPSSubmenu"

    populate it with your own new apps and image files.

    Done!

    REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR EXISTING CURRENT.PLIST

    EDIT, the very first piece of code within the tweakssubmenu is just the "back" arrow image that shows when you open the submenu and which you press to close it. You can leave that one exactly as it is, its the same for all submenus. the string at the end of that section is something like "TweaksSubMenuBackButton" you dont have to change that string, but you should change the
    <string>hide TweaksSubmenu</string>
    <string>show DockArea</string>

    at the top of that particular section to
    <string>hide MYAPPSSubmenu</string>
    <string>show DockArea</string>

    Excuse my ignorance if this has already been posted, but I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me slide the quick launch toolbar either upwards or to the side.. I'm not looking to disable the toolbar im just looking to hide it so I can see more of my wallpaper or faded mod(thanks again chevy)
