it makes the labels on the cached icons black, make sure u only run it once because it actually inverts the area in the bottom couple pixels =P (the label is the only thing in that area)

    Arent u funny
I know you think that it's fake but it's reading real data
Instead of searching the phones plists...I went and got that data myself and wrote it to a text file
Then have the html read the text...

All u need to do is set up an update method , for instance an activator action can update it.
Then just reload ur web view...

Or maybe have it check each time u open an app...
Or each time so select a theme in DreamBoard...
    Etc etc.

    Still dont believe me?

well i dont think ur going to get it too easy... but just type in terminal (as root) "du -s" and it will out put how much disk space you are using up, i think i can use that with something, or the df command
okay, well it would be possible like this

-install bash server (this allows filesystem commands to be run from widgets!)
-have the widget somehow compare the size of the ipod to the used space on the ipod using those commands
-display the appropriate disk image meter bar or something of that nature
-refresh.. once a day? a month?

i wrote these post a while ago... i know its possible i just would like a easier way than all that, im gonna do some googling..

okay after googling all i found was widget.system is a function that dashboard app in osx can use... so my only option rly is if i wanted to do this is use bash server to live update or use a daemon and update a text file like u have ther

I was thinking more along the lines of
Making a dynamic library and Each time u load a DreamBoard theme, check again, then u would just have ur widget loaded in the theme

u cant rly do that though easily, unless you wrote like a whole mobile substrate plugin which is way beyond me/necessary

lol yea, but that still would require additional software.. to be made!, and if i was gonna do that id rather just add a dependency to bash server to the cydia package.. much simpler and no writing a new library

I think it's easier just to create a custom dylib for each theme , so u don't need to make the user install a bunch of stuff...

    I could...
I could have my dylib check the free space and even do that command to invert the images...
That way the user doesn't have to do it...just install and go
