Well.. go to websitedown.info and look for repo.apt.modmyi. com .. unless i am typing in the wrong address the website is down

when you restored and setup as new, did you open cydia immediately after jailbreaking to check if the mmi repo was ok or did you do something in between?
    As for my self
Today, I have jail broken 2 iPhones and 3 iPads
All of them got the same error msg from modmyi which is a mismatch

After I restored and setup as new then I jailbreak and open Cydia immediately and check. It downloaded all the packages but Modmyi failed.

I just restore to 5.1.1 by redsn0w_mac_0.9.15b3 with SHSH to my ip 4. After that I set up as new and open Cydia. It loading a while and get modmyi failed -> hash sum mismatch. Pls help.

That sounds like a temporary problem. You can usually fix it by going to Changes, tapping Refresh, and waiting until "Reloading Data" shows up and goes away.
