Add this in the SB-Theme in Folder Images: , name it overlay.png; then go to Wallpaper.html search the positions from Overlays and it must look so: <img src="image/overlay.png" style="position:absolute; display: ; top: 109px; left:0px; width:130px; z-index:-17;" />
Sorry, Yama. I failed at being clear. By cutouts i meant the images next to the text on the springjumps. E.g.: the opening box on the cydia springjump or the wrench and screwdriver on the tools jump. I like the white but that looks flat.

Where are the icons that arent theming located in your theme? I cant find them.
Because you look for icons, but this buttons/icons are themed different. Only with a color/gradient, used for all that buttons (usually): .../UIImages/[email protected]

Well I'm up sh*t creek without a paddle now! I just finished updating exxOS to 1.3, and decided, while i was in cydia i would uninstall some tweaks i no longer needed (folder enhancer and infinidock, and an old theme), dont need them for this theme.
I'm now stuck in a boot loop and i can't get into safe mode via the volume up button.
iTunes sees my phone, as does iExplorer, i can see the file structure etc.

I have no clue what to do now, so it looks like im about to lose my jailbreak and this amazing theme along with it. I just dont understand how deleting working tweaks can do this, i also dont understand why i cant boot into safe mode.
I know its kinda off topic, but i also know everyone here seems to be iPhone geniuses, so if there is anyone here who might know something to do/try im more than willing to listen. I can't stay like this for too long though as my wife is heavily pregnant and a working phone is a must.

    Thanks for any help,

    Neil.

Go to Library/MobileSubstrates/DynamicLibraries . Look there for Tweaks which make trouble. If you are not sure name the DynamicLibraries Folder DynamicLibraries_Backup and try a Reboot.

Did you try to hold the Volume up button while in boat loop until it goes in safe mode ?.

Just hold the home button & the power button simultaneously together for as long as it takes for the phone to power completely off for a min then hold the power button by itself until it restarts in safemode...

Really appreciate the help guys, unfortunately none of the above ideas worked. I'll describe what happens, if it helps:
When I hold home and power button it restarts to a bright apple logo, I keep holding until it turns off. I then hold the volume up button and then the power button, I let go of the power button when another bright apple logo appears and keep holding the volume up. After about 20 seconds, the point it would normally boot to lock screen all that happens is the apple logo dims then stays there. I'm fast looking like heading for a restore, I'm so gutted I loved this theme.

Neil just try a few times to get it out of that mode. I've had to do a cold boot up about 5 times before it decided to start up like a nice phone! Hopefully it is just being stubborn. Don't hold the volumn up botton.

Just hold the home and power let it completely shut down. Then hold the power button until the logo fires up dim and then it should turn bright and restart. Try it a few times and see if you can jump start it. Goodluck

    Update:

    Firstly.......WOHOOOOOOOOOOO

Now I'll come down off the ceiling. Right, as you might gather from my excitement, I've fixed the boot loop after totally losing hope. Here's what I did....after trying the rename of dynamic libraries, which unfortunately didn't work, I decided to try one last thing, remembering the initial fix for the weather bug, I decided to delete com.apple.mobile.installation.plist and com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore from private/var/mobile/library/caches.

Totally didn't expect it to work, but boy am I glad it did. Maybe one to note for future reference?

Thanks for advice guys, much appreciated.

Bluemetal - I see that file, but renaming it has no effect on the Favorites or Contacts turning white as they should. They still change as they should to white. This is after a respring and a reboot. Can you tell me where these icons/bar actually reside in the iOS?

    Hi guys,
can anyone help me solve few issues with the navigation bar?
the first button seems to be off.
the buttons below the widget seem to be overlapping each other.
i just updated to exxOS v1.3 and it turned out to be like this.

    Thank you.

Looks like you're using the wrong iconoclasm layout?

Nevermind, Bluemetal. I got it sorted. There is no issue with your theme or the .png file. It is an issue with Winterboard not clearing the cached .png files necessary to see yours. The way to remedy is to navigate to var/mobile/library/caches and delete the following three files:

    BarDialer_selected
    BarRecents_selected
    BarVM_selected

Respring and your theme is without flaw.
