A special thanks to robertus for allowing me the use of his 'curtain' layer.....This will be the only occasion where I use his 'signature' curtains .....I respect that it's his style.....I just needed to personally re-create it for me. All credits to him, UniAW team, WW team, Ulysse, and Marty

A work still in progress, still need the mini-gears,

So nice, this post; in multiple ways..

It shows how artists learn by "feeling" other man's work by re-creating the work; it has always been a good and respectful way to learn and adapt. I am so glad this is possible here..
It is a very positive proces where influences go in both ways. It tells you where you are as an artist and what is different in someone else's style.
And because this proces works in both ways it is so nice see the interpretation of someone else and then learn for that in return.

I like how you solved the problems I encounterd while making this SB.

Thx for this post and a very nice result.

Thank you, Robertus, sincerely for the opportunity. You have captured in words, why I wanted to re-create your wonderful work. I wanted to, primarily challenge myself and see where I stood on manipulating color, shapes. I had a bit of a hard time duplicating certain aspects of this SB, and now I know what my weaknesses still are. I'm not so serious about it as to go and get a photoshop class, but it was still very fun experimenting. Thank you
