    So you're still showing us your iOS 6 only stuff there, Ferlop?

    You tease..

    nateD did a full SB widget iOS 6 lookin vibe with overlays and all for iWidget. I thought you'd done the same thing there, Ferlop. Pretty much any SB widget from iOS 6 can be turned into an iWidget but it's not easy - per Nate.
    Yeah, man sorry!....I just couldn't give up iOS6, even tho sometimes, iOS7 looks very appealing....I like the versatility, plus its the only way to truly appreciate 2 of my favorite themes with the best UI period(auros/motif)

    Feel free to ignore my posts, since most of the time, they'll be iOS6 related,

    I have auros fully in iOS 7, bro .. Was never into Motif, though..

    Can't ignore you.. .. Your mod of the CoffeeDiary Horseshoe iWidget was awesome. Wouldn't have wanted to miss that one!!

    Thanks for the compliment, Grant!....but no, not fully! Some of the best features of that theme lie in its complete UI, probably a couple of thousand tiny images no longer themeable in iOS7,

    Indeed! An auros purist would appreciate those small images to be sure. But the auros I have now in 7 doesn't make me miss iOS 6 version one bit.. Certainly wouldn't keep me stuck without the great features of 7. But I respect your decision for yourself bro. .

    Thanks guys, I had some free time so I made this morning the flashlight icons, I also tried to reproduce the paypal icon style and I did a amazon icon request above.

    If you have the theme it comes with it...You just need to change the color code.

    Hey guys, I wanted to find some time to improve this LS (there's alot of room for improvement here), but sometimes I just can't manage or am distracted by other responsibilities. Anyhow, here's the Lockscreen for you all if you wanted it. A couple of weather images may be repeated, so the best thing you can do is find a nice weather wallpaper, and crop it to 640x476 and drop it in the proper 'Images' folder. Credits to Ian and Dacal, as always, and a special thanks to my buddy Marty McFly, for helping me get my mods to function correctly when I wreck 'em!

    ::: 4 You [McFly Overlay] iWidget v2 :::
    iOS masks....If you can't beat 'em, join 'em

    UPDATED with 4 new frames, and an option to show Hi/Lo Temperature. The gold frame is hung with rope that changes tone depending on the overlay colour you choose. Also included is a bevel frame, and 2 more to finish things off

    Version 2 brings new depth via shadows applied to the frame, along with a 5 day touch forecast. These lighting effects have been meticulously dissected into a separate layer. This means your colour overlay won't make your shadows look like glows, and will only effect the lighting such as gradients inside the frame. A colour to suit almost any setup, which is adjusted via the opions menu when adding to homescreen.

    I looked around and found a fairly basic JSFiddle implementation, essentially showing what I'd imagined. We use webkits in many cases, including springboard items through property lists. So I put the idea to Marty McFly, and he came through with the goods. After v1, there were requests for a city name, so instead of just bringing the same idea, I decided to try and incorporate lighting features to the iWidget. Cheers Marty, for once again putting up with my insane ideas, and taking this on-board as another personal challenge. It's been great fun and I've learnt a lot as usual. Thank you, and enjoy

    :: Options ::
    -Hi/Lo Temperature can be turned off.
    -Background colour option (customized by hex code).
    -Weather Icon colour option.
    -Font colour option.
    -2 custom made weather sets.
    -7 frames to choose from, with more to come.
    -10 language's with support for shortened days.
    -City, and neighborhood.

    :: FAQ / More Info ::
    -Uses WidgetWeather, and the update interval set within WW settings.
    -Text colour can be changed via a hex code or basic colour names. See color-hex dotcom, for Colour Names, and Popular Colour Palettes.
    -When entering hex codes, just enter the hex code without the "#". Please use "ffffff" and not "FFFFFF", for white, as the code seems to be case sensitive.
    -Frame and Icon colours MUST be entered in hex value ONLY. The colour names don't work for these 2 options.
    -Feel free to request particular frames, and I'll accommodate where possible.
    -See THIS post for version 1 of this widget, and some more colour combo's in use.

    Credits and Notes:
    If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Please contact myself before re-distribution of any of the artwork contained within the package. Common courtesy for the many hours I've put into the creation of the weather set, will often get you the PSDs Credit goes to Marty Mcfly for the coding. Thank you to Alfroggy, Marty, and Vic for the feedback and support.

    :: The colours used for the screen above ::
    Frame: 4b3832
    Icon & Text: be9b7b

    [NOTE] The frame above has been adjusted since that screen was taken. The colours will give the same effect as seen, but a slight variation in the surrounding frame has been made. Cheers.

    This is a valid opinion, Meth, and one I agree with, BUT just remember that, for myself, at least, I don't WORK for CoffeeDiary, am not part of some 'Alpha' team or whatever...

    My volunteered sharing above, clearly says "If you wanted it,"

    I'm not the type of person who gets off from creating FOR the many, many people who hop from thread to thread just picking up free goodies and lives off 'thanks' and 'I Love Your Work,'.... Who cares about that silly stuff?

    I'm just using all this modding stuff to practice on Photoshop, which I love playing with,

    Sorry for the rant... But sometimes we need to get some perspective on all this!!
