My iPhone 4s is jailbroken (Cydia) and as much as I'd like to continue using this same phone, I shattered the glass on both the back on front of the phone so I am going to bring it in to get a brand new one. The issue is that I downloaded over 100 songs through the MusicBox app from Cydia and I don't want to have to download all of them again. I need to know whether or not there is a way for me to transfer the music from that particular app onto my PC so that I can at least keep the music. Thank you.

Besides iTools, i recommend you to use FonePaw Software Solution:
    • Disable iOS device automatic syncing in iTunes
    • Connect your iPhone to your computer
    • Lunch FonePaw iOS Transfer, and scan the music files of iPhone
    • Transfer music from iPhone to computer folder
