I've been working on a tweak that lets you create your own widgets simply by dragging and dropping the components into place. You can choose any number of weather icons and forecasts, clocks, battery gauges, etc, to put into your widget with more being released regularly. I have a video ready to go to appear in the description of the next update for Cydia, you can watch it here to see what WidgetBuilder can do:

Here's a screenshot of how I built mine, but you can make it any way you like! Check it out on cydia!

Maybe I did not understand your tweak but what is the difference with the tweak iwidgets?
I just want to understand and not be agressive.

WidgetBuilder works through iWidgets, however rather than downloading a premade widget that you can place with iWidgets, WidgetBuilder allows you to build the widget that iWidgets puts on your springboard.

It's on cydia, ready to download. It costs 1.99 for the base package, and then you get several free expansion packs. I'm also regularly adding expansion packs. Just search "WidgetBuilder"

How do you get the weather to display the city? Mine doesn't.

This is a bug that made the city not show up sometimes when you used the woeid, is fixed in the latest update, should be in cydia soon.

Thanks the latest update fixed it.

BTW, how did you arrange the icons to show at the bottom? Iconoclasm?

I used gridlock, but anything like iblank or iconoclasm would work too

Haven't used the widget builder yet, but I will. I would like to know where I can get the theme that's used in this picture of your phones desktop???

The picture I posted on this thread is just using the default icons. If you look at the screenshots in cydia of widgetbuilder, those were taken using a theme I'm developing to release soon. Here's a pic of it:
