    I am replacing my housing, and cannot figure out how to remove ribbon 3.
    Can someone explain?

    There is a little black plastic tab at the end of the connecter. with a sharp spudger or tiny flat head GENTLY lift the black tab.. Watch out that this connector is SUPER fragile.

    You should watch some videos of the process so you don't end up making any common easily avoided mistakes. It's worth the time
