    Long story short:

I changed my full back assembly and now the phone sounds like I am standing next to a another speaker phone. - A Sort of interference noise.

Does anyone in here now what could be causing this?

If it does by itself you aint doing anything and the sound is not coming from the speaker, its really really bad you better reasemble it asap. I had same sound when i was soldering something in it and eventually it burned with fire

Thanks for all the help guys.

It is a 3G running 3.1.3 - But it is a frankenstein phone. The only thing that is original Apple is the mainboard.

When you slide in your speaker, it must be close to the housing as possible. If you have the time, double-check to see if it is. Sometimes it'll vibrate between the housing and your screen when you're playing music or something. otherwise, buy another speaker and resolder it, i guess.
