I have a new jailbroken iPad. Is there a simpler way to transfer photos from my MAC to my iPad other than syncing in iTunes? Is there a jailbreak app that is good for this?

    Thanks

Well, you could either email them to yourself or use a cloud based service like Dropbox to upload to and download back to your iPad.

There are a bunch of photo share apps that accomplish what you want via bluetooth. I have never used any and do not intend to recommend any particular app but here is a link to an example of one that may be of help.

Open iPhoto with the iPad plugged into and recognized by the computer. The iPad should show up as a source from which to import. Select the photos you want to import in the window showing all the images on the iPad. You should be all set.
