    What a ***** lol.
    Thanks June.
Did I miss something? Is someone ticked off at me?

    Also...
Ian, Marty, KOH and Dacal, In regards to real feel...
Accuweather has a patented (secret) formula they use to obtain this. It takes into account humidity, cloud cover, precipitation, wind speed and a bunch of other things. See this link for explanation What is the AccuWeather RealFeel Temperature?
While they won't release the formula, it IS however returned in The RSS feed. I would ask that THIS value be used for "feels like" and that we are able to display them BOTH at once in 6.3.( not one or the other)
Yes.. EXACTLY! I was just reading about that special forumula - WE NEED IT!

I would ask that THIS value be used for "feels like" and that we are able to display them BOTH at once in 6.3.( not one or the other)
    Already done.
YES!!! I knew Dacal and you would already be ON THIS!! I'm getting SOOO excited about 6.3 and all the mods that can incorporate this new stuff. The new on-page options! YEAH baby.. "Feels like"! "NEW WEATHER SERVICE" -ditching Yahoo forever !!!!! YEEEEEESSS!!! Finally!
    The Weather Channel / weather.com
    or basically Yahoo!
Actually they're not the exact same feeds, King, from what I'm reading. BUT -- it occurred to me - that maybe the 'FREE' feed from Yahoo sends different info. June said he's got a paid API from Weather Channel. I'll bet the 'paid' is more accurate - and prolly pays more careful attention to suburb info - which has been my big bugaboo with Yahoo.
Doesn't hurt that I'm a member of both circles. LOL. I have to have my hands in ALL the cookie jars.
I thought I'd paid enough dues to have a 'couple of cookie jars too.. . I'm very thorough in my testing and have done it professionally for software companies. I know what a 'complete' report cycle looks like. .. Whatever... peace..
Also Ian, a thought. 5 day forecast... Swipe to reveal the days 6-10.
OF COURSE!!!!!! There's just no "off switch" on the 'producer's' eyes in you, MJ! Great idea..

Sure hope Ian didn't forget about 'darker clouds' in rain/showers and cloudy conditions (not partly/mostly cloudy).

Mamajaay are those transparent icons included, if not where can i them ? .
No. They're from a theme called Glasklart.

It may be for your location but accuweather isn't very good with accuracy that's why it got left in the dirt back in the day lol

I actually can't find my city code for accuweather - lol. This is the actual feed link being used:

    http://apple.accuweather.com/adcbin/...?zipcode=45001

Weather code, or in this case it looks like zip code, is added to the end to call up the feed for your city. But I'm in Barrie, Ontario Canada and anything I find and try doesn't work yet I have 6.3 up and running on my phone and it reports fine so it's obviously finding the right code. Thoughts?

EDIT:Now I'm actually wondering the difference between these two (not my location ID. Still looking for that - lol):

    http://thale.accu-weather.com/widget...location=15143
    http://apple.accuweather.com/adcbin/...?zipcode=15143

Last edit I promise: So I noticed Accuweather has a different format for city code. With the 6.3 LS, I turn GPS off and enter this in config: "NAM|CA|ON|BARRIE" - it works great!

It just doesn't work with either of the feed links posted above.

YES!!!! Accuweather is SO much better and accurate "for weather". Brilliant that you guys would use Yahoo for its city naming accuracy worldwide and Accuweather for data!! The reason modders left Accuweather behind originally WAS because of accuracy in city names. Now UniAW will use Yahoo and Accuweather for what each do best. SUCH great innovation!!

And Marty & King - stay a MILLION miles away from Native Weather, guys. Never updated properly for most of us. You need to enter the Weather app manually before any of the queues that cache the new data are updated. This was the main failing of Durben & Subywrex's Native Weather method back in the day. It was what we had before GPS - but a more primitive weather source in terms of its timely updating. Let's stay completely away from Native Weather, please..
GPS was actually created before native Weather.

Native weather came at a time when you had to install a pirate repo to get the my location app installed. That soon changed of course.

I posted this in the e6 thread(below), but I think this appreciated more in the UniAW thread. I love that there is is a config option for small balloons. It works a lot better with smaller widgets. Thank you for this...

    ============
The UniAW62 small balloons settings works a lot better with my SB iWidget mod... but you got to love them birds.

Even if I've been hurting and down... I wish all of you a Happy Friday!!!
Can someone tell me what theme and widgets are being used here? I want my phone to look like this, simply beautiful.. thank you!

Yeah, he originally packaged it as an .ipa instead of a .deb file.
