Okay and does it have removable battery?
    Nope.

I don't think any of Apple's products have removable batteries anymore, except mice/keyboards.

LMAO @ recording 720 at 30fps....Thats just barely over WVGA (and they call it HD). Dont get me wrong the guality is better than that of the 3GS. But its definitely not something worth jumping fences over. Besides the new design of the iphone itself, i have yet to find anything special about it. Sweet looking iphone, but im seeing way to many under looked flaws in the design.

What did they do, make it out of bullet proof glass, LMAO (i doubt that)......Sweet looking iphone, but im seeing way to many under looked flaws in the design.
Maybe not bulletproof, but its the same type glass used in the windshields of helicopters. Also they demo it's strength in the keynote, by bending and bending and bending it...and it does not break.

720p @ 30fps is by definition HD btw

    can't wait for quadband 3g...

finally 3g t-mobile here in the states
Wait a minute, so the new iPhone will support T-Mobiles AWS/2100 bands?

Just read the specs and it will not work with T-Mobile 3G.
    UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA (850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz)

Looks like I'll keep the Nexus One, I'm liking the Nexus anyway but I would have bought it if it did support T-Mobile 3G.

You know, keynote videos, which have the sole purpose of promoting the product, are hardly reliable..For all we know, they probably just showed the snipped, just before it snapped.

Personally, I think it will be a lot more resistant to a fall that the 3GS, BUT that shouldsn't create the impression that it is totally indestructable.

On a side note, it's interesting to see how very few of you have picked up on the accuracy of all those leaks. I for one am VERY surprised.

I don't know if this has already been mentioned as I haven't read all this thread, but the Apple website is updated and they have a cool video online now demoing all the 4G features and showing how its made.

Disappointing there is no 64gb version. I bet they do what they did with the original iPhone. They released 4gb and 8gb... then about 6 months later a 16gb. All the techy geeks like me upgraded to the higher one and sold / gave away their 8gb one!
I bet they release a 64gb version after a few months hoping that we'll upgrade again!!

Guys there isn't a 64gb drive that can fit on the iPhone. At all.

At best I believe one was announced for next year or something but as it stands FORGET ABOUT 64GB.

I have to agree with the lack of a 64GB version. I honestly thought we'd see a 32 and 64 with a $50 price increase on both. Very disappointing. I was impressed with the various live blogs though. Even with all the issues they had, it seemed like it was a good show. I wish the FaceTime video conferencing would at least work on the 3GS though. My brother is in the military and this would be really cool. We have to use Knocking live video which of course has no audio. At first I got excited that Knocking would be able to make this happen, but of course I doubt Apple would allow that. GO JAILBREAK!!!!!!!!!
Whats the point when you have no front facing cam? Can't see each other. + You can just use ustream and it works over 3G...

Of course it will. AT&T employees can't take vacations this month just for the iPhone 4 release.

EDIT: Maybe it is just me but compared to the white 3Gs, the white iPhone 4 looks horrendous. If I upgrade to iPhone 4, it is black for me.

EDIT 2: I did some digging and it appears that 720p recording can on average get you 15 minutes of recording time per 1 GB of space. So we will see what you can actually get out of this video camera as it pertains to storage space.

im just hoping they dont coat the glass in plastic like the 3gs.

The 3gs screen is so scratchable the scrubby side of a sponge will tear it up with almost no pressure.

The only thing i want from apple is a phone that wont scratch and wont get dust under the screen. Oh and dont forget hot pixels. Thats really not too much to ask.
