I wasnt. It would look weird to see someone wearing that in public. I think its just cause of the wire. Apple has all sort of bluetooth wireless tech for their imacs and if they could do something so that the glove like connects to the itouch or iphone via bluetooth then that would be awesome. Bluetooh > wire imo.

    haha yes thats true...

for some reason its suspicious how when the people complained about the iphone 4's service problem; apple had a material to increase the signal.. hmm.....

Apple is just digging themselves in a bigger hole with each of these incidents. Perhaps they should hire someone with better "People Skills".

I love my Apple products for both their quality and service. But these recent events have really surprised me.

I have to agree with skaterbasist, I'm a Mac fan with many of their products. Yet the way they're handling this issue from the thread deletion to telling customers we're holding the phone wrong to whatever else they've done so far. Hurry up and release a F/W update so we can forget about this and use our phones/products as intended.

i'm also confused about the relevance of discussion the consumer reports post in a support forum. isn't that terribly off topic for the purpose of the forum and thus fair game for deletion? now i'm not saying apple's been anything like graceful lately with the way they're handling stuff, but i think in this instance we might be flipping out over a justifiable action. that forum is for tech support, not open discussion about anything apple, or am i mistaken about that?

This is not surprising. I had an Apple moderator reprimand me for helping a person get the Carrier Selection Menu on to their AT&T locked phone. They lived in a border town and had a hard time locking on to the AT&T tower. I was told to stop talking about modding phones or my account would be closed.

The iGlove looks promising Lose the cable About this, like everyone is saying, they don't want to keep reminding themselves about the truth, so they remove the posts. No the forums aren't limited to technical things because a post about "Which case should i get for my iPhone 3GS" is still up there, and not technical at all.

Like deleting a few threads is gonna change the fact that the whole world already knows u f**ked up Apple! What's next? Send out a hitman for all of us here on MMI? Or maybe you should sue US for rightfully calling you out on your b.s.

    Grow up Apple!!!

I'd imagine Steve Jobs was going in there and deleting them personally while sitting on his bed lined with stacks of 100 dollar bills.

Just amazing that they actually think the OS update that will visually change the bars and make you think you have a good signal is the fix.

They are more concerned with defeating an upcoming jailbreak than making this the phone it could be....
