Interesting read. So what is more safe, security wise? Bring jail-broke, or not? I have read contradicting post.
Jailbreaking, as long as you don't download thing not compatible with iOS 4
    Here's the list http://modmyi.com/forums/general-iphone-chat/714270-official-ios-4-0-compatibility-list.html

    I have a question...
-is there a way to place more than 12 apps in a Folder??
Using "Categories" we can place up to 20 if it is desire.

Is there a way?... please let me know
There's a new app called Infinfolders which allows as many as you want in a folder

I've got infinifolder and it works great.

Loving Infinifolder. Infindock for IOS4 is out and works nicely as well.

    What is Game Center?
It's like an Xbox Live service for iDevices. Except it won't be as intuitive or feature packed because it's not made by Microsoft. HAHAHA! Don't flame me...hell I don't care FLAME ON!! *puts on flame retardant suit*

and agree to the terms. Download the firmware installer that matches your phone, and save to your desktop. Go to "ethernet" in your windows control panel, right click on a connection with the longest name, and select "Send file through tubes". Choose the firmware file on your desktop. It will then be ready to transmit. Hook your iPhone up to your computer via an RJ45 cable, and hit Send. All done!

Oh I almost forgot, be sure to delete system32 afterward or none of this will work after reboot.
