Most 3rd party alarm apps aren't affected by this, just the native Clock app.

That said, it isn't that hard to just add/remove an hour from your alarms until it's fixed.
The point is...we shouldn't need to add/remove an hour from our alarms!

I am in the US Army in Germany and was an hour late getting up this am because of this. That miscue cost me 10 miles on the bike this afternoon. Apple = FAIL on this one. Steve Jobs, that person outside throwing eggs at your house is me. LMAO
Man this hit me this morning. I had my iphone set for 0430 and it didn't go off. I'm attending SLC which is a leadership school for the US Army and if I would've overslept due to this, that would've been my @$$. Luckily, I need 3 alarm clocks and set my rooms clock radio as well. LMAO that's messed up you had to bike an extra 10 miles for that. You know your supervisor wouldn't believe you had you told them it was an iphone bug.

My alarm is currently working. So not sure if rebooting it tons of times did it or setting time to manual or resetting my network settings or deleting my alarms. Just happy it's working but setting one up for an hour ahead jaut in case.

Does doing a hard reboot do anything to solve the problem?
    No, Unfortunatly not.
Same thing happend to me Monday Morning.
Alarm set for 5.10 UK time. Went off at 6.10
Deleted all alarms and re-done them. Today same thing happened.

Is this happening on jailbroken iPhones as well as unjailbroken iPhones? I have an iPhone 4 which I have jailbroken with a custom 4.1 software made with Pwnage Tool and my alarm is not having any problems at all but my wife has an iPhone 3G with 4.1 which is not jailbroken and her alarm has sounded one hour early since the time went back one hour.

I will jailbreak my wife's iPhone 3G later today to see if it fixes the issue.

Is there a pattern to this?

I don't use my alarm so haven't experienced the problem but a colleague has two iPhone 4s bought at the same time, one for him and one for his wife. His phone has the problem and his wife's does not.

I've just set an alarm on mine and it went off OK. Does this only affect alarms set before the clocks changed? What about people in the USA - why are they being affected?

Does anyone know who is being affected and why?

It would appear that this happens to Alarms that are set using the reaccuring alarm.

If you set ( or i set ) my phone's alarm for one day, at one time it works fine.

If i set an alarm to go off every day at the same time, its ok.

If i set an alarm to go off at the same time recuring every mon, tues, wed for example ( not every day but more than once ) the alarm will fail...
