    For those with MyWi concerns...

Other than a reboot, everything seems to work fine. I am sending this via MyWi on an iPhone 4 with 4.1 & the new Cydia.

Try clicking the arrow next to the .deb file and setting user to root?
edit: No, packages work perfectly for me.

Tried that and it gave me another error saying file attributes could not be changed or only partially. that was the only setting i tried.

Not being much help here and sorry about that, more a support role I guess. lolz
I read that same issue on another forum, the guy deleted the original deb file in download manager and then re-downloaded and over wrote the first install. He stated it cured the issue.

The repo errors will most likely come back.
the only way to completely remove the erros is to use a plist editor program and edit the metadata.plist in private/var/lib/cydia
edit the bad repos there, save, and drag the edited plist back and over write the original. Always make a back up.................
