Hiring the hackers: the only way to effectively curb jailbreaking, at least temporarily.

And as one commenter said, if you want an internship at Apple, you should try to hack their system.

Don't worry Apple will lay him off quick in this economy. He'll be back jailbreaking in no time.

I think this means less and less jailbreaks. I say this because Comex knows how to find and make all the exploits etc.. So before Apple releases and iOS firmware, they will run it by Mr. Comex so he can make it "Un-Jailbreakable". Also, in my opinion jailbreaking will never come to an end.

He's an intern - I doubt they will run anything by him.

I'm not even certain they know who they have - but if not they will soon find his exceptional talent.

This makes no sense. This guy wasn't an app developer, he was the guy that opened the doors for tweaks. Apple doesn't need this guy to add the things that they were previously unwilling to add. They just need to do it.
I guess I was being a bit optimistic.
The more realistic probability is that Apple have recruited him as part of their war against JB'ing.
But one defector won't win Apple the war - though it may help them to further shorten the ever-shortening window of JB'ing opportunity with new JB's.

His Apple internship can't force him to quit jailbreaking.
