One of iOS 7s coolest features is Control Center, a new menu that includes quick access to system settings, toggles, and more. If youre on iOS 6 or earlier and you crave these features, you may want to check out a new jailbreak tweak called LockBar Pro by iOS developer bushe.

Shown above, you can see the tweaks resemblance to iOS 7s Control Center. Its transparent, offers access to toggles, access to your display brightness, and lets you hide or show the interface from the lock screen via the grabber at the bottom of the lock screen.

The various toggles that the tweak supports are shown below:

    The toggles and shortcuts include:

    • Settings shortcut
    • Rotation lock
    • Alarm
    • Bluetooth
    • Respring
    • Cellular data
    • Do not disturb
    • Location services
    • VPN
    • Vibration
    • Personal hotspot
    • Wi-Fi
    • Flashlight
    • Airplane mode
    • 3G
    • Ringer or silent
    • Brightness

If youre not into the whole iOS 7 look, then you can opt for the LockBar Settings theme. It looks more like something you would expect to see in iOS 6, as shown below:

The tweak adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where you can configure its various options:

The first option lets you choose between the iOS 7 style, the LockBar Settings style, or a disabled style, which disables the tweak outright. You will then be able to pick your activation gestures, which consist of swipes or double tapping. You will also be able to configure the order of your toggles, and pick how many appear per page (3-5). The background color of the LockBar Settings can be configured to None, System Color, or Custom, and you can hide or show the paging indicator for scrolling through your toggles.

LockBar Pro definitely seems like one of the more polished toggle options out there. The fact that the iOS 7 theme so closely resembles iOS 7 makes it even more of a steal for those out there that are trying to make their iOS 6 devices look more like iOS 7 through the use of tweaks and themes.

The developer notes that JellyLock is only partially supported at this time, but hints that work in the future may add further compatibility. LockBar Pro is also not yet compatible with the iPad. If you're interested in giving LockBar Pro a try, it's available in Cydia's ModMyi repository for $1.99.

If IOS 7 includes all of these toggles, it's definitely a step in the right direction.

The app BULLETIN in combination with IOS 7 THEME and NCSETTINGS does this. But overall a good alternative.
