On Tuesday, Google's highly popular YouTube application for iOS was updated, bringing the current version of the application up to version 2.3.0.

The update finally adds support for Apple's iOS 7-themed keyboard. The application was given iOS 7 support some time ago, but Google forgot to include the updated keyboard at the time. As shown above, the application takes advantage of the dark keyboard that iOS 7 has to offer, and not the white one.

The update also improves search results in the application, making it so that you can find videos, playlists, and channels in your search results, and not just videos. Improvements to formatting, positioning and user settings for captions and subtitles have also been added to the application to improve the mobile experience for users.

Existing users of the YouTube application for iOS will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store application. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the YouTube application for iOS for free from this App Store link.
