Apple has been seeding different beta releases of iOS 7.1 over the course of the last couple of months to developers for testing. iOS 7.1 has brought iOS 7 a few changes to stability, aesthetics system-wide, improved Siri voices in other languages, and a not-so-wanted patch for the evasi0n7 jailbreak.

We're already in beta 5 now, and that means that we're getting ever so closer to a public release. A new report from 9to5Mac suggests that iOS 7.1 will be released to the public in March; next month, and that it won't include any secret features that haven't already been given the spotlight in previous posts here on ModMyi.

iOS 7.1 also fixes a potentially hazardous security glitch in iOS 7 that could allow a malicious user to delete your iCloud account and sign in with their own, rendering your Find My iPhone feature useless once they run off with the device. For now, those on non-iOS 7.1 firmware can protect themselves by using a passcode.

If you're happily jailbroken on iOS 7.0-7.0.5, we would suggest holding out on the iOS 7.1 release if it arrives in March as expected, as it doesn't really appear to have much to offer for users.

Yes, the fixing of webview I'm sure is just a minor thing.

Staying far away from 7.1 and enjoying my JB. If you upgrade to iOS 7 and lose your jailbreak you have an iQ deficit.

Wouldn't mind if they gave up a few exploits for 7.1. 7.0.4 is unstable enough without a jailbreak.
