Once someone gets to your Home Screen, there's really nothing keeping them from moving your application icons around or deleting applications without your permission.

If you want to help prevent people from doing such things without having to implement a passcode for getting into your device for your own convenience, then check out a new free jailbreak tweak called IconLock7 by iOS developer Home School Dev.

As shown above, once you have this tweak installed and you attempt to enter 'jiggle' mode on your Home Screen by tapping and holding on an application icon, you will be asked to enter a passcode to authenticate that you are indeed the owner of the iOS device and you are sure you want to enter 'jiggle' mode to move or delete application icons on your Home Screen.

Once you first install this tweak, you will need configure a password. There isn't a preferences pane in the Settings application for this tweak, so all you have to do is tap and hold on an application icon on the Home Screen and you'll be asked to create a password:

Once you enter a password and tap on the "Create" button, your password will be saved and from now on you'll be asked to enter that passcode when you attempt to move or delete application icons from the Home Screen.

If you want to give IconLock7 a try, it's available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak does require iOS 7 to be installed.
