    In this post, we're going to take you through ten great free applications for iOS from the App Store to help keep you the loop of some neat free applications and hey; feel free to download them and give them a try!

    1. Guess The Emoji

    The first application we'll show you is a game called Guess The Emoji. It's a puzzle game that uses Emoji to try and create phrases that you'll need to guess. For example, if you see a heart Emoji and a piece of paper Emoji, you might need to guess "Love Letter," or something along those lines. All in all, it's a nice time-killing game.

    2. Mixgram for Instagram

    Next up, we have a neat application called Mixgram for Instagram that will let you stitch together up to five different photographs. You can move the photos around, choose different photo frames, add text, add borders, and mode. The application offers plenty of content for free, but for a little bit of dough, you can unlock even more content to use. Afterwards, you can share the stitched photo that you make on your favorite social networks, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, e-mail, or iMessage.

    3. Jupiter Jump

    Jupiter Jump is another cool game that's worth checking out. After your spacecraft goes down, you'll be bouncing on the terrain of the otherworldly planet that you land on. You'll tap to jump, avoiding obstacles as they appear, and you can control how high or how low you jump. Obstacles include mines, portals, and gates. You'll want to avoid the mines, because they'll kill you, but you can jump through the portals and gates.

    4. Reckless Run

    Reckless Run is an interesting game where you try and avoid obstacles as you go flying at them. You can swipe on the screen to avoid such obstacles as walls with holes in them (you'll want to go through the holes), orbs, and much more. You will need some quick reflexes and patience to be successful in this game, since things are always moving and a ton of new challenges are ahead of you.

    5. Beatwave

    Another free iOS application work checking out is one called Beatwave. In this application, you can create your own tempos and beats and mix your own sounds together to create rhythm and music, or just something that's just plain catchy. The application gives you a grid where you can tap to create dots that will play a sound every time the wave moves over those dots. Your dot positioning is what decides what your tempos will sound like. There are a ton of different instruments and sharing options included, and everything you make comes from your own imagination.

    6. Slingshot

    Just this week, Facebook launched a new Snapchat competitor called Slingshot, and it's definitely worth checking out. With it, you can slingshot pictures or videos to your friends, which they'll only be able to see once. You can share your reactions to slingshots that people send to you, and you can even write on or annotate slingshots before you send them.

    7. Quadblast

    Quadblast is another awesome game that you can grab for free from the App Store. It's a tilt game, so you'll need to tilt your device, as well as swipe, to play. In the game you will face off against dark orbs with your light orb, trying to destroy them with your laser. if the dark orbs touch you and not your laser, then the game ends for you. There are plenty of power-ups that you can use to help prolong your game.

    8. Wind-up Knight 2

    Wind-up Knight 2 is a free game that takes you through a nice three-dimensional world. You will run around as a knight, jumping to avoid deadly obstacles while collecting gems and wind-ups. Tapping will make you jump. As you approach creatures, you will use the weapons that you pick up to slay them. You'll try to get as far as you can, but when you hit a deadly obstacle and fail to get past it, your game will end.

    9. Monster Dash

    Monster dash is free for a limited time, along with all of Halfbrick Studios' other games, and it's fun and worth checking out. In this game, you will avoid falling to your death by jumping and you'll shoot at monsters to get them out of your way. You've got a limited amount of lives that will deplete each time you hit a monster or obstacle incorrectly, and you can collect more as you play through the game until you're out.

    10. Traffic Racer

    Last but not least, we have a game called Traffic Racer to show you. In this game, you can pick the car you want to use to play with, and then you'll be put into traffic where you'll need to avoid getting into an accident. This is another tilt game, where you'll tilt your device to move left or right, and you'll touch either the right area to accelerate or touch the left area to slow down. Your goal is to get as far you can without hitting anything once you do, it's game over!
