If you take advantage of the e-mail flagging feature in the iOS 7 Mail application, you might be interested in a new free jailbreak tweak called FlaggedMailBadge by iOS developer GroovyCarrot.

What this tweak will do is put a new application icon badge on your Mail application icon to indicate how many e-mails that you have flagged. If you've flagged certain messages because they're important messages, then this is a great way to distinguish between the amount of important messages and the amount of "other" messages in your inbox.

The new badge is orange instead of red, and appears at the bottom right of the application icon, as shown above.

In case you're unfamiliar with how to flag messages in your Mail application, it's done by tapping on the edit button, choosing all the messages that you want to flag, and then tapping on the flag button, as shown below:

As you change the number of flagged messages in your Mail application, your orange badge number will also change.

If you would like to give FlaggedMailBadge a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's ModMyi repository. There are no options to configure, and iOS 7 is required for the install.

Now I just need a tweak that'll show only flagged messages on the mail app. But I bet there's already one out there for that.

What gerneio said. You need a way to display only flagged messages. Is there a folder for flagged only messages?
