Kickstarter has just launched an updated version of its application for the iOS platform, bringing its version number up to the big ol' 2.0.

The application, in version 2.0, has a completely re-vamped user interface to go along well with iOS 8 and it even includes a dedicated iPad version, which now takes advantage of the larger real estate that the iPad's canvas has to offer. The new interface also supports the retina HD displays of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, meaning that the application appears crystal clear on the new displays instead of appearing zoomed in.

Kickstarter is a very popular crowd-funding campaign service for entrepreneurs that are looking to have their projects backed by potential buyers. When a goal is met for a particular project, it can then kick into full-swing production. Sometimes, however, projects do not meet their goals and don't get the chance to hit it big.

Existing users of the Kickstarter application for iOS will find this update under the Updates tab in the App Store application. iOS 8 users with the Automatic Updates option enabled will have this updated installed automatically. If you want to grab this application manually, you can follow this App Store link to download it for free.

I'm not sure what you wrote as it was starred out.

But I do know that an update we had worked on has already been submitted to Apple and is awaiting approval.
