hes voice sounds kind of warped and when i ask him a question he stays quite for a minute then it comes up on the screen thinking?and then after another minute says i dont understand what you are saying or somethinganyone have any ideas as this is my 2nd iphone in 1 week the 1st one speaker in ear part was goosed

Well this is happened when you overload your iPhone with heavy apps.
Try to delete apps that are not in use. Second thing you can try to delete your Text inbox or images/videos.
