    Dude, really? No, of course there's no way to get them off. That's why it's a "restriction". You just have to get your parents to take them off.

    And, yeah, it's an iPod touch, not an iTouch.

    To get them off simply restore to factory defaults with iTunes but DO NOT restore from a backup cause that will put them back on.
