    Yep. Apple uses .PNG for all their images, at least for now.

    It is pretty superior. I mean it handles transparency and isn't lossy like JPEG.

    I just got the silver nano with the watch band for Christmas. Very slick! However It needs some watch type apps! How about a calculator? Introduced in the 80's as the first "smart watch." also I would like to see an alarm, of course they will need to add an external speaker. Also contacts and calendar would be be nice. Dare I say bluetooth and maybe even cellular service? Welcome the Star trek communicator. Apple you are on the right track! But Bring some accessibility to this already fantastic device before the hackers do, Kudos!

    It has no speaker? honestly this thing was more of a downgrade than a upgrade. I want them to have the camera, Speaker, video, and an optional click wheel add on
