yeah so far that whole website is bogus, there just assuming it would work, but it wont until jailbreak until we get the itouch into recovery mode that independence / ifuntastic / iwhatever will recognize

    hey everyone!

I managed to get the files.

    http://rapidshare.com/files/55770068/iPhoneApps.zip

As well, here is how to jail brake the iPod if no one saw this page before. (perhaps jailbreak)

    http://www.hacktheipodtouch.com/unlo...the-ipod-touch

Here you go. Maybe it works, I haven't tested it yet. But its the applications that they say work.

    Enjoy!

    UPDATE:
    I asked someone that says:
"Mmm I dont know for sure. Down here in Aus we havent got them until the 28th. But essential it does run a mobile version of Mac OS X 10.5 so the OS is the same.

Also it syncs using a secure protocol (like the iPhone this means no disk mode without SFTP etc). So jailbrake is the only way to break the secure connection.

Anyways try it out and if it doesnt... oh well just wait until someone cracks it."

I just love it when folks can't even read the thread they're posting in...

There is not yet a way to jailbreak the iPod Touch. The site you mentioned is totally wrong.
