    When i try to download GarageBand to my Ipod 4th gen, it says i need more memory, when in fact, i have enough. Whats up with this? Anybody else haveing the same problem?

    It does either upgrade to 5.1 which other has a tethered jailbreak or there's something you can change in the plist to.

    You need free up more memory by deleting songs, videos, apps, etc.

    Some apps require more space than what the downloaded size might say. Modern Combat 3 is about a 1 GB download size but on my iPod it says it uses about 1.7 GB. Delete videos, they can really use up the free space as well as big apps like Modern Combat or Infinity Blade.

    Yep agree with them. Even if it's saying ya got enough memory I always keep a gig or more

    What the people above me said and additionally, apps that large need more space than they'll actually take up to install directly on your iPod. I suggest leaving at least a gigabyte more of space than the app will take up. Or, you could download the app on your computer and install it via iTunes.
