    When I am working on online on chrome the window I am working become not responding suddenly and window freezes? what is this problem?

    Perhaps updating to Windows 10 may help as Windows 7 is a really old operating system.
    I'm a Mac user and don't know much about Windows, sorry.

    Do you have the latest version of Chrome? Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build)
