Ready for kickoff? Arriving with no time to spare before NFL preseason gets underway, NFL Now has now landed on iOS.

Beginning today, NFL Now is available on iPhone, iPad and the Apple TV with an array of new features allowing football fans to soak up every ounce of excitement of the 2014 NFL season.

"The app comes with personalized video stream of your favorite NFL teams, players and coaches right to your iOS device, and you can get access to exclusive interviews and stories about your team, as well as breaking news on your fantasy players, and unlimited access to your favorites in the NFL Films Archives," a report from GottaBeMobile confirms.

Although the NFL Now app was first introduced in early 2014, it was limited in its offerings, providing largely news broadcasts, on-demand highlights, and other archival footage. Today's launch makes NFL season enjoyment much more comprehensive, we're told.

Nonetheless, if the refreshed app still leaves you hankering for more, an NFL Now Plus offering is available for $1.99-per-month. The added benefits largely center on frequently refreshed in-game highlights.
