As we get closer to the holiday season, many companies are starting to release Black Friday schedules and deals. Those who know about Apple’s retail operations reported that the Cupertino-based company will be opening some of its Retail Stores at 8 a.m. local time on Black Friday for shoppers. Apparently, the same deals and discounts will be applied to those shopping online as well. The opening hour is earlier than normal hours but when compared to last year’s, it is two hours later.

It has been said that Apple won’t be opening their stores this year at an unruly hour due to 2013 sales numbers. In the past, the company hopped on the bandwagon like other retail stores, opening at midnight and then 4 a.m. in 2011. This year, not all brick-and-mortar stores will be opening at 8 a.m, with some planning on opening between the hours of 8 and 9 a.m. while others will be opening at normal operating hours. As for the outlet, a store representative said that they would be opening at 10 a.m. but customers may be able to get in an hour before opening.

Look out for upcoming Black Friday promotions if you plan on visiting the stores the Friday after Thanksgiving, which falls on November 28th this year.

And year after year the black friday sales day sales range from minor to lame. Apple is the stingiest discounter of them all considering how much they rake in the profits.
