Does anyone in this forum have a windows based computer and partitioned a hard drive with a Mac OS on it?

That can be hard as the file systems are different. Best to use different hard drives. You have you use a special hacked version of OS X anyway as the standard version requires Apple hardware.
Until the next time… And if I help you out, give me a "Thanks!" Thanks!

Right, I was just wondering if anyone had one and what set up they were using.

I know this is really late, but Google is your best friend for this issue. You'd have to build a "hackintosh" to have OS X run properly with the hardware you have.

The easiest way is to just buy a Mac and use bootcamp.

Google it is. I had a Mac desktop with parallel and hated it. I know people have successfully done it and been very happy with performance hackintosh wise. I have asus mobo and waiting to get i7 3770 and ram then ill be set.
