I just installed "ShowTime" from the installer. Works good. However..
I copied some of the movies to my harddrive and the color looks fubar when played on my pc's quicktime.

why does it suck? whoever developed it spent a lot of his time on it, and should at least be compensated. its only 10$. u have a 500$ phone, so its not really a big deal.

It still records whether you donate or not.

Just FYI, it is alleged that the code for ShowTime is stolen =\.

I have no idea as to the veracity of the claim, only that it has been made. Sorry if there is drama about this that I don't know of...I'm not trying to stir anything up.

In any case, to answer the OP's question ShowTime is currently the only video recorder available.

The guy who is claiming that the ShowTime was stolen from him is supposed to be releasing a full featured video recorder fairly soon at http://www.ushow.com. He's claimed on his blog that it should record at 15-30+ fps with no limit (aside from memory capacity) on record time. As of this moment registration on the site is closed while he finishes a few things up.
